  • Pigs in a Blanket
  • 1 can (14 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 4 tablespoons Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce, divided
  • 1 package (14 ounces) smoked cocktail sausages
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • RedHot Dipping Sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon French's® Stone Ground Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Roll pizza dough out on floured surface into large rectangle. Brush crust evenly with 2 tablespoons of the Frank's RedHot Sauce. Cut dough into strips.
  2. ROLL each sausage in one prepared dough strip. Arrange on sheet pan. Brush with Frank's RedHot egg wash mixture. Sprinkle with kosher salt.
  3. BAKE 15 to 20 minutes or until dough is golden brown.
  4. MEANWHILE, mix all ingredients for the spicy sauce in small bowl. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
