Crispy halloumi fries tossed in Hot Honey Seasoning and topped with sour cream, pomegranate, coriander and chilli.
- Cook the halloumi fries in an air fryer for around 10 minutes at 180°C, adjusting cooking time according to your air fryer. Alternatively, cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove and toss in a bowl with the Hot Honey Seasoning, adding more to taste for a spicier flavour.
- Arrange on a serving plate and top with a drizzle of sour cream, pomegranate seeds, coriander and sliced chilli.
