- 350g steak
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 100g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 sachet Schwartz Steakhouse Sauce
- 300ml milk
- 30g unsalted butter

Instructions
A rich steakhouse-style stroganoff with steak, mushrooms, onion and creamy sauce.
- Heat a frying pan over a high heat. Rub the oil over the steak, season well and cook to your liking. Remove from the pan and set aside to rest.
- Meanwhile, fry the sliced onion and mushrooms for 5 minutes, until softened.
- Combine the sauce mix with the milk in a jug, then pour into the pan and bring to a simmer.
- Slice the steak into thin strips and return to the pan, along with any resting juices and the butter.
- Warm through, then serve with rice, noodles, mashed potatoes or crusty bread.
