Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken wing pieces
  • 3/4 cup Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wings Hot Sauce
  • 1 bottle (12 ounces) Bud Light® beer
  • 1/4 cup French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
  • 1/4 cup French's® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons French's® Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Line large shallow baking pan with foil. Place baking rack on top. Spray rack with no stick cooking spray. Arrange wings in single layer on rack.
  2. BAKE wings 45 to 55 minutes or until crispy.
  3. MEANWHILE, mix remaining ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to simmer on medium heat; cook 30 to 35 minutes, or until reduced by about half.
  4. TRANSFER hot cooked wings to large bowl. Add half of the sauce, tossing to coat well. Return wings to rack and broil on high until lightly charred, about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce on the side.
  5. Test Kitchen Tip: For a sweet and spicy sauce, stir 2 tablespoons brown sugar or molasses into saucepan along with other sauce ingredients.
