- 300ml semi-skimmed milk
- 30g unsalted butter

Instructions
A smooth and thick Steakhouse sauce made with milk and butter, ideal with steak, chips and salad.
- Stir the sauce mix with milk in a small saucepan.
- Bring to the boil gently, stirring continuously.
- Stir in the butter and simmer for a couple of minutes, until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
- Serve with ribeye steak, chunky chips and a rocket parmesan salad.
