Ingredients
- 300g cauliflower
- 1 tbs Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbs Schwartz Air-Fry Smoky Tandoori BBQ Seasoning
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 100g Greek yoghurt
- ½ tsp Schwartz Cumin
- 1 tsp Schwartz Mint
- ½ tbs lemon juice
- 50g cucumber, grated

Instructions
Seasoned air-fried cauliflower served with a cooling cumin and mint raita.
- Mix the cauliflower with the tablespoon of Greek yoghurt or oil in a bowl.
- Sprinkle over 2 tbs seasoning, toss to coat and spray with oil.
- Cook in an air fryer at 200°C for 10 minutes, or until cooked through, shaking halfway through.
- Meanwhile, combine the raita ingredients in a small bowl.
- Serve the cauliflower garnished with spring onions and the raita sauce for dipping.
