  • 300g cauliflower
  • 1 tbs Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbs Schwartz Air-Fry Smoky Tandoori BBQ Seasoning
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 100g Greek yoghurt
  • ½ tsp Schwartz Cumin
  • 1 tsp Schwartz Mint
  • ½ tbs lemon juice
  • 50g cucumber, grated

Seasoned air-fried cauliflower served with a cooling cumin and mint raita.

  1. Mix the cauliflower with the tablespoon of Greek yoghurt or oil in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle over 2 tbs seasoning, toss to coat and spray with oil.
  3. Cook in an air fryer at 200°C for 10 minutes, or until cooked through, shaking halfway through.
  4. Meanwhile, combine the raita ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. Serve the cauliflower garnished with spring onions and the raita sauce for dipping.
