Crispy potatoes are a family favourite for any meal. Seasoned with a blend of Schwartz® Garlic, Thyme, and Rosemary, these roasties are perfect served alongside the Sunday roast beef, Christmas turkey, or mid-week chicken tray-bake.

  • 1.5 maris piper potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 4 olive oil
  • 2 garlic granules
  • 1 thyme
  • 1 rosemary
  • sea salt mill adjustable

  1. In a large saucepan, add the peeled and quartered potatoes, cover with cold water and sprinkle in a small handful of sea salt. *
  2. Bring potatoes to the boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes until a knife easily goes in. Drain in a colander and shake to fluff up the potatoes, making the edges rough. Leave to cool *
  3. In A large baking tray, add the oil. Heat at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. *
  4. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic granules, thyme, rosemary, potatoes and season well with flaky sea salt. Toss with a spoon or your hands. *
  5. Roast for 30 minutes, turn over, roast for another 15 minutes, crush gently with a spatula or back of a spoon. Place back in the oven for another 20 minutes until nice and crispy. *
