How to prepare Chicken & Chorizo - Combine the chicken, potatoes, oil and seasoning in a bowl. Tip into air fryer and shake to spread out evenly. Cook at 200°C for 20–25 mins, shaking half-way. Add chorizo, bell pepper and cherry tomatoes, shake and cook for a further 10–15 mins, or until the potatoes are cooked through. Serve with a fresh salad.
