- 6 tbs Frank's RedHot Squeeze Tangy BBQ
- 200g mild Cheddar
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 1 pickled gherkin, sliced

Instructions
Crispy hash browns loaded with Tangy BBQ sauce, cheddar, spring onion and gherkin.
- Cook the hash browns in the oven or air fryer according to pack directions.
- Toss with the smoked paprika and a good pinch of salt.
- Arrange the seasoned hash browns in a serving tray.
- Drizzle with Tangy BBQ sauce, then microplane cheese over the top.
- Finish with spring onion, gherkin slices and sliced chilli if desired.
