  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 6 tbs Frank's RedHot Squeeze Tangy BBQ
  • 200g mild Cheddar
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 pickled gherkin, sliced

Crispy hash browns loaded with Tangy BBQ sauce, cheddar, spring onion and gherkin.

  1. Cook the hash browns in the oven or air fryer according to pack directions.
  2. Toss with the smoked paprika and a good pinch of salt.
  3. Arrange the seasoned hash browns in a serving tray.
  4. Drizzle with Tangy BBQ sauce, then microplane cheese over the top.
  5. Finish with spring onion, gherkin slices and sliced chilli if desired.
