  • 450 (1 ) carrots, cut into thin sticks
  • 2 water
  • 1 caraway seed
  • 15 (1/2 ) butter
  • 1 soft brown sugar
  • Salt
  • 1 parsley flat leaf
  • sherry (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the carrots in a large pan with the water and Caraway Seeds. Cover and simmer gently for about 10 minutes until the carrots are tender. Drain and return to the pan.*
  2. Add the butter sugar and salt and cook for another 5 minutes, adding the sherry (if using) for the last couple of minutes of the cooking time.*
  3. Stir in the Parsley.*
