Sweet Soy & 5 Spice Pasta with Beef

- 1 oil
- 250 thin beef steak, sliced
- 200 chestnut mushrooms, quartered
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- 150 water
- 1 honey
- 275 Casarecce or fusilli pasta, cooked and drained

Instructions
- Heat oil and fry beef for 2-3 minutes, add mushrooms and most of the spring onions (reserving around 1 tbs for garnish), fry for a further 5 mins.*
- Combine the water, honey and seasoning and add to the pan, bring to the boil, until thickened.*
- Stir in the cooked pasta and heat through.*
- Serve immediately with remaining spring onion and a dash of soy sauce. *
