Creamy Pork & Mushrooms

Pork in a creamy sauce flavoured with garlic, mustard, black pepper and parsley.
Ingredients

- 1 oil
- 450 (1 ) lean pork, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 225 (8 ) mushrooms, sliced
- 1 creamy pork and mushroom
- 275 (9 ) semi-skimmed milk
- 2 single cream

Instructions
- Heat oil, fry pork and onion for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and fry for a further 2-3 minutes.*
- Mix sachet contents with milk and add to pan. Bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.*
- Stir in single cream.*
- Serve with creamy mashed potato.*
