  • 60 mililiters runny honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Schwartz® Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 bone-in unsmoked gammon joint, about 4 1/2 killograms

Instructions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Stir in Mustard, sugar, honey and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
  2. PLACE the ham on its side in roasting pan. Brush 1/2 of the glaze mixture over ham, gently separating the slices so mixture can reach middle of ham. Cover loosely with foil.
  3. BAKE 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan drippings. Remove foil. Brush with remaining glaze mixture. Bake 45 minutes longer. Serve ham with pan drippings.
