- 2 olive oil
- 2 cornflour
- 1½ cajun seasoning
- Schwartz Salt, to taste

- Preheat a large airfryer to 180°C - if you have a small air fryer, you will need to cook the wedges in batches to ensure they are all crispy.*
- Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into wedges and place into a bowl. Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle over the cornflour and Schwartz Cajun Seasoning. Season with salt and mix well so that all the wedges are coated. *
- Arrange the wedges, skin-side down, in a single layer in the basket. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket twice during cooking to ensure they crisp evenly, or until the wedges are crispy and cooked through (the exact amount of time will depend on the thickness of your wedges). Serve straight away with soured cream and chives, if wished.*
