This classic, no-bake treat combining dark chocolate, digestive biscuits, mini marshmallows, dried cranberries, and nuts makes everything from bake sales to holiday gifting a little sweeter.

- 225 dark chocolate
- 2 golden syrup
- 125 unsalted butter
- 1 sea salt mill adjustable
- 175 digestive biscuits
- 50 mini marshmallows
- 50 dried cranberries
- 100 Blanched hazelnuts, roasted and roughly chopped

- Line an 18cm square baking tin with greaseproof paper. *
- In a medium heatproof bowl melt the chocolate, golden syrup and butter together over a bain-marie on a low/medium heat until melted, stir to combine. *
- Take the chocolate/butter mix off the heat and stir through the rest of the ingredients. *
- Decant into the lined tin, making sure its spread well and packed into the corners keeping a rustic look on top (it is called rocky road after all!) *
- Chill in the fridge for 2 hours minimum or overnight. *
- Cut into 2cm cubes. *
