Ingredients

  • 300 grams cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons Air Fryer Korean Seasoning
  • Spray oil
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • Lettuce and sliced spring onions to serve
  • For Korean Mayo (optional)
  • 50 millilitres mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Korean BBQ Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place the florets in a bowl and sprinkle over the seasoning, toss to coat.
  2. Place in air fryer and spray with oil.
  3. Cook at 200°C for 12 minutes, or until cooked through. Shake halfway through.
  4. Combine the ketchup and honey on a bowl, toss the cauliflower through and return to the air fryer for a further 2 minutes. Serve the cauliflower in the lettuce leaves garnished with spring onion. Garnish with shredded spring onions and Schwartz Sesame seeds.
  5. For the Korean mayo combine the seasoning with the mayonnaise and serve alongside the florets.
