Ingredients
- 300 grams cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoons Air Fryer Korean Seasoning
- Spray oil
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- Lettuce and sliced spring onions to serve
- For Korean Mayo (optional)
- 50 millilitres mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Korean BBQ Seasoning

Instructions
- Place the florets in a bowl and sprinkle over the seasoning, toss to coat.
- Place in air fryer and spray with oil.
- Cook at 200°C for 12 minutes, or until cooked through. Shake halfway through.
- Combine the ketchup and honey on a bowl, toss the cauliflower through and return to the air fryer for a further 2 minutes. Serve the cauliflower in the lettuce leaves garnished with spring onion. Garnish with shredded spring onions and Schwartz Sesame seeds.
- For the Korean mayo combine the seasoning with the mayonnaise and serve alongside the florets.
