- 2 Turkish
- 1 Greek yogurt
- Green pepper, chopped
- Handful, Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 red onion, chopped

- Place the halloumi in a bowl with the yogurt, sprinkle over the seasoning and toss to coat. Thread onto mini metal skewers, alternating with peppers, tomato and red onion pieces.

- Place in air fryer and spray with oil.

- Cook at 200°C for 12 minutes, or until slightly charred. Shake halfway through. Serve with a mixed leaf side salad drizzled with a little olive oil.
