  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
2 leeks, halved, thinly sliced and well rinsed
  • 2 x 200 grams (7 ounces) white fish fillets
  • 1 pouch White Wine and Tarragon Sauce 
Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan and add leeks. Cook, stirring, until the leeks are tender, about 6–8 minutes.
  2. Pour in the White Wine and Tarragon Sauce. Stir until well combined. Nestle the fish fillets into the sauce and spoon some of the sauce over the tops of the fish. Cover and cook, simmering gently, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, about 10 minutes.
  3. Season fish to taste and serve with rice.
