- 2 olive oil
- 2 Smoky All-Rounder Seasoning
- Smoky yoghurt
- 200 Greek yoghurt
- 1 honey
- 1/2 Smoky All-Rounder Seasoning
- Corn and avocado salad
- 150 Canned sweet corn
- 2 avocado, cubed
- 120 green Salad leaves
- 5 radishes, thinly sliced
- 150 feta cheese
- A bunch of fresh coriander, roughly chopped (optional)
- Dressing
- 2 limes, juice of
- 2 olive oil
- 1/2 sea salt
- 2 honey

- In a large bowl, mix chicken thighs, olive oil smoky seasoning. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

- Pre heat frying pan until very hot. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees c fan.

- Place the chicken thighs, skin side down in the pan and cook for a few minutes until lightly charred, turn over and place on a baking tray in a single layer and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

- While the chicken cooks, mix the smoky yoghurt ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.

- Then make the dressing by mixing the ingredients together in a bowl.

- Mix all the salad ingredients together and toss through the dressing.

- Serve the chicken thighs with the salad and the yoghurt on the side.
