Crispy on the outside, meltingly tender in the middle and coated in a glossy, finger-licking glaze, this air fryer sticky Chinese BBQ pork belly is a weeknight showstopper. Inspired by classic Cantonese char siu flavours, the Air Fry Chinese BBQ seasoning is packed with flavour of honey, soy, star anise, and other aromatic spices.

- Place the pork in a bowl and sprinkle over the seasoning (save 1 teaspoon seasoning for the glaze), toss to coat.
- Place in air fryer and spray with oil.
- Cook at 200°C for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through. Shake halfway through. Combine the rese4rved 1 teaspoon Seasoning with the ketchup and honey in a bowl, toss the cooked pork belly through and return to the air fryer for a further 2 minutes.
- Serve with Jasmine rice and steamed bok choi finished with a little sesame oil and Schwartz sesame seeds.
- Cooking Tip: Can also be prepared in an oven. Pre heat to 200°C / 400°F / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6. Coat pork in the seasoning place on a baking tray and cook for 25 minutes, or until cooked through then toss in the glaze and finish in the oven for 2 minutes.
