- Place the pork in a bowl and sprinkle over the seasoning, toss to coat.

- Place in air fryer and spray with oil.

- Cook at 200°C for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through. Shake halfway through. Combine the ketchup and honey on a bowl, toss the cooked pork belly through and return to the air fryer for a further 2 minutes.

- Serve with Jasmin rice and steamed bok choi finished with a little sesame oil and Schwartz sesame seeds.
