- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 450 grams beef mince
- 1/2 teaspoon Schwartz® Garlic Granules
- 400 gram tin chopped tomatoes
- 400 gram tin kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon tomato purée
- 1 tablespoon Schwartz® Hot Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon Schwartz® Ground Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Schwartz® Cinnamon Ground
- 2 teaspoon Schwartz® Oregano
- Schwartz® Sea Salt to taste
- To serve:
- 8 taco shells
- Shredded lettuce
- 150 mililitre soured cream
- 100 grams Cheddar cheese, grated

- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and fry the onion and pepper to soften. Add the beef mince and Garlic Granules and fry until browned. Stir in the tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato purée, Spices, Oregano and Salt. Simmer uncovered for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- To serve, heat the taco shells in a warm oven for 2-3 minutes. Divide the chilli beef mixture between the shells, garnishing with shredded lettuce, soured cream and grated Cheddar cheese.
