- 400g French green beans
- 400g mangetout
- 2 oranges
- 2 tsp Schwartz Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs Schwartz Bagel Seasoning

A bright green bean and mangetout salad with orange, Lemon Pepper dressing and Bagel Seasoning.
- Have a large saucepan of salted water on a simmer. Trim the green beans and blanch for 3½ minutes, then remove and cool in a bowl of cold water or under a running tap.
- Repeat with the mangetout, boiling for 1 minute only. Cool with the green beans and drain.
- Zest one orange into long thin strips and reserve. Cut the orange in half and juice it.
- Combine the juice with the olive oil, Lemon Pepper, orange zest and salt to taste to make the dressing.
- With the remaining orange, remove the peel with a knife and cut into segments.
- When ready to serve, toss the dressing with the green beans and mangetout, top with the Bagel Seasoning and finish with the orange segments.
