Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 450 grams (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 sachet Schwartz Curry Sauce Mix
  • 300 millilitres (½ pint) cold water

A tasty and quick chicken mild curry, with turmeric, cumin and coriander seed.

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil, then fry the chicken and onion for 4–5 minutes, or until golden brown. Add the red pepper and fry for 2 minutes more.
  2. Mix the sachet contents with the water, then pour into the pan and simmer for a further 4–5 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Serve with chips and a crisp green salad.
