- Heat the oil, then fry the chicken and onion for 4–5 minutes, or until golden brown. Add the red pepper and fry for 2 minutes more.
- Mix the sachet contents with the water, then pour into the pan and simmer for a further 4–5 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with chips and a crisp green salad.
