- Remove the skin from the salmon & chop into cubes
- *
- Coat the salmon cubes in The Zesty All Rounder seasoning, then place onto an air fryer tray and spray with a little olive oil *
- Air fry for 8-10mins at 180C*
- While the salmon cooks, smash the avocado, prep the taco toppings & warm the soft tacos*
- Assemble the warmed soft taco with smashed avocado, sprinkle on some Zesty All Rounder seasoning, then topped with the air fried salmon, pickled red cabbage & a lime wedge*
