- Boil the baby potatoes till softened (approx 15mins)
- *
- Let the potatoes cool, then spray an air fryer tray with oil & smash the potatoes using the bottom of a glass (TIP: brush the bottom of the glass with oil before each smash to stop sticking & wipe after each)*
- Brush each potato with a little olive oil & sprinkle 1tbsp of the Zesty All Rounder on top*
- Air fry for 15-20mins on 200C, turning halfway & spray with a little more oil & sprinkle 1tbsp of Zesty All Rounder on the other side*
- While cooking, melt the butter & mix with the grated parmesan & 1tsp of Zesty All Rounder*
- Once the potatoes are cooked & crispy, toss them with the zesty garlic butter, then sprinkle with a little grated parmesan, fresh chives & a lemon wedge to garnish*
