- Place cod onto an ovenproof tray, season with Salt and Pepper and drizzle with olive oil, cook in the oven for 10 minutes, or until just starting to turn opaque and flake. Meanwhile, pour the sauce into a small saucepan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the cod with a generous helping of the delicious sauce.
