  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • Slaw:
  • 2 corn cobs, husks and fibres removed
  • 25 mayonnaise
  • 1 apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 each, salt and pepper
  • 175 shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 carrot, shredded
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced

  1. Southern Fried Chicken: Preheat oven to 180ËšC, 350°F, Gas Mark 4. *
  2. Mix the Southern Fried Seasoning with the oil in a large bowl. Add the chicken drumsticks and coat well.*
  3. Place the chicken drumsticks onto a baking tray, and cook for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.*
  4. Slaw: Meanwhile, cook the corn in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes or until tender.*
  5. Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Toss the cabbage, carrots, spring onions with dressing until well coated.*
  6. Serve the chicken with the slaw and corn.*
