Smoky Ribeye Steak

- 750 new potatoes, halved
- 2 olive oil
- 1 Smoky All-Rounder Seasoning
- 4 Rib-eye steak
- 1 olive oil

- Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees fan.

- In a medium bowl, mix new potatoes with olive oil and smoky seasoning.

- Place on baking tray lined with baking paper and roast for 40-50 minutes until deeply golden and cooked through.

- Once the potatoes are 10 minutes away, cook the steak.
- *
- On a plate, rub the steaks with olive oil and smoky seasoning. Heat a large frying pan until very hot and place the steaks in and get a nice crust and deep caramelisation on one side (approx. 3 minutes), flip the steak and cook for another 3 minutes.

- Boil a pan of water, cook the beans for 5-10 minutes until cooked, drain.

- Remove the steaks from the pan, leave to rest for 5 minutes. Once rested, slice on an angle with the grain and serve with green beans and roasted new potatoes.
