- 1 tablespoon oil
- 450 grams chicken breast fillets, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Schwartz® Tikka Curry Spice Blend
- 1 tablespoon tomato purée
- 150 mililitres semi-skimmed milk
- 1 pack wraps or chapattis

- Heat oil in large frying pan over medium-high heat and fry chicken for 6-7 minutes, or until browned.
- Add onion and peppers and fry for a further 4-5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium.
- Sprinkle over sachet contents and tomato purée. Stir for 30 seconds, then add milk to the pan and allow to sizzle for a further 1-2 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve in warm wraps or Indian style chapattis.
- Load your wraps with extra flavour… Great served with baby spinach, mango chutney, natural yoghurt and halved cherry tomatoes.
