  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 450 grams chicken breast fillets, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Schwartz® Tikka Curry Spice Blend
  • 1 tablespoon tomato purée
  • 150 mililitres semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 pack wraps or chapattis

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large frying pan over medium-high heat and fry chicken for 6-7 minutes, or until browned.
  2. Add onion and peppers and fry for a further 4-5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium.
  3. Sprinkle over sachet contents and tomato purée. Stir for 30 seconds, then add milk to the pan and allow to sizzle for a further 1-2 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Serve in warm wraps or Indian style chapattis.
  5. Load your wraps with extra flavour… Great served with baby spinach, mango chutney, natural yoghurt and halved cherry tomatoes.
