- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and sausages until browned. Slice the sausages and transfer to an ovenproof dish with the onions. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and bake for 30-35 minutes.
