Ingredients

  • 8 pork sausages
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 red pepper, finely diced
  • 2 celery sticks, finely diced
  • 900 (2 ) cannellini beans, drained and washed
  • 400 (14 ) chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tomato purée
  • 1 sausage casserole
  • 275 (9 ) water

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4. Place sausages on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 mins.*
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large sauté pan, add onions, peppers and celery, sauté vegetables until soft.*
  3. Transfer to casserole dish and add beans, chopped tomatoes and tomato purée. Stir in the Schwartz Sausage Casserole Recipe Mix along with the water.*
  4. Add the cooked sausages to the casserole dish. Cook in the oven for a further 20 mins.*
  5. Serve with some delicious seasonal vegetables
