  • 1 lemon butter sauce
  • 450 (¾ ) semi-skimmed milk
  • 25 (1 ) butter

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6. Place the salmon on a lightly greased baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. (Fish should still be juicy.)*
  2. Mix the sachet contents with the milk in a saucepan. Bring to the boil over a low heat, stirring continuously. Add the butter at the end and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.*
  3. Pour the sauce over the salmon and serve.*
