- Fry the pork and beans in a wide pan or wok, over a medium-high heat, for 10-12 minutes or until browned. *
- Combine the seasoning with the water, add to the pan with the basil and simmer for a further minute. *
- Serve topped with a fried egg, jasmine rice and sliced cucumber. *
