- 4 peanut butter
- 5 water
- 1 oil
- 500 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, sliced lengthways
- 1 Chicken Satay

Instructions
- Mix 2 tsp of the seasoning with the peanut butter and water, set aside to serve with the chicken. *
- Mix the remaining seasoning with the oil in a large bowl. Add the chicken and toss to coat. *
- Cook in an air fryer at 200°C or a pre-heated oven at 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7 for 10-12 minutes. *
