- Pre-heat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7, or pre-heat the grill or BBQ to a medium-heat.*
- Cut vegetables into 2.5cm (1") chunks, place into a bowl and coat with oil. Sprinkle over sachet contents and toss to coat evenly.*
- Spread vegetables onto large baking tray and cook for 30-35 minutes, or until cooked through or place directly on the grill pan or BBQ for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.*
- Serve as an accompaniment to chicken, steak, pork or lamb.*
