- 400 gram tin, chickpeas, drained and washed
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 teaspoons Schwartz® Garlic Granules
- 2 teaspoons Schwartz® Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Schwartz® Ground Cumin
- 50 mililitres water
- Schwartz® Sea Salt & Black Pepper to season

- Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender (excluding the water).
- Blitz well until the mixture comes together, then slowly add the water. Pulse until smooth and creamy. Season to taste.
- Serve with tasty carrot, cucumber and celery veggie sticks.
