Ingredients

  • 400 gram tin, chickpeas, drained and washed
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 teaspoons Schwartz® Garlic Granules
  • 2 teaspoons Schwartz® Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Schwartz® Ground Cumin
  • 50 mililitres water
  • Schwartz® Sea Salt & Black Pepper to season

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender (excluding the water).
  2. Blitz well until the mixture comes together, then slowly add the water. Pulse until smooth and creamy. Season to taste.
  3. Serve with tasty carrot, cucumber and celery veggie sticks.
