A creamy seasoning blend with garlic and basil inspired by PizzaExpress Pollo Pesto Pasta.

PizzaExpress Chef suggests… adding a little pasta water to thin the sauce if preferred. Also great as a bake; transfer to an ovenproof dish, top with grated cheese and finish in the oven for 10 mins, until cheese is golden.

300 chicken breast, sliced
1 Pizza Express Garlic and Basil Creamy Pasta
1 red onion, sliced
150 mushrooms, sliced
300 crème fraiche
275 penne pasta, cooked according to pack directions

Instructions

Heat oil, fry chicken and onion for 5 minutes, add mushrooms and fry for a further 5 minutes.*
Stir in the seasoning and crÃ¨me fraÃ®che and gently bring to the boil. *
Add cooked pasta and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring. *
