A creamy seasoning blend with garlic and basil inspired by PizzaExpress Pollo Pesto Pasta.
PizzaExpress Chef suggests… adding a little pasta water to thin the sauce if preferred. Also great as a bake; transfer to an ovenproof dish, top with grated cheese and finish in the oven for 10 mins, until cheese is golden.

- Heat oil, fry chicken and onion for 5 minutes, add mushrooms and fry for a further 5 minutes.*
