- Cook pasta according to pack directions, reserving some cooking water. Heat oil in larger frying pan over medium heat, fry chicken and onion for 5 minutes, add mushrooms and fry for a further 5 minutes.
- Stir in the seasoning and crème fraîche and gently bring to the boil.
- Add cooked pasta and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring. Add reserved cooking water as desired for consistency
