  • 1/2 lemon, juice
  • 200 soft goats cheese, crumbled
  • 1 small bunch fresh dill, roughly chopped
  • 175 pink and purple radishes, a mixture of whole/halved/quartered

  3. In a large, deep frying pan, heat olive oil until hot, add onion and sweat until soft. Add garlic seasoning and stir. Add orzo and vegetable stock and simmer while stirring regularly for 8 minutes until almost cooked.

  5. Add asparagus and peas and cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through and the asparagus still has bite .
