- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 Garlic All-Rounder Seasoning
- 750 vegetable stock
- 200 frozen peas
- 250 asparagus, cut into 2cm pieces
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- 200 soft goats cheese, crumbled
- 1 small bunch fresh dill, roughly chopped
- 175 pink and purple radishes, a mixture of whole/halved/quartered

- Make the orzotto.

- In a large, deep frying pan, heat olive oil until hot, add onion and sweat until soft. Add garlic seasoning and stir. Add orzo and vegetable stock and simmer while stirring regularly for 8 minutes until almost cooked.

- Add asparagus and peas and cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through and the asparagus still has bite .

- Add lemon juice, check seasoning, and serve, topped with fresh radishes and crumbled goats cheese, topped with chopped dill and a little olive oil. *
