- In a large, deep frying pan over medium heat, heat olive oil until hot. Add onion and sweat until soft. Add Garlic Seasoning and stir. Add orzo and vegetable stock and simmer while stirring regularly for 8 minutes until almost cooked.
- Add asparagus and peas and cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through and the asparagus still has bite .
- Add lemon juice, check seasoning, and serve, topped with fresh radishes and crumbled goats’ cheese, topped with chopped dill and a little olive oil.
