  • 450 (1 ) mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 creamy mushroom stroganoff
  • 225 (8 ) milk
  • 1 oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and fry onion for 3-4 minutes, until softened.*
  2. Add mushrooms and fry for a further 3-4 minutes. Mix sachet contents with milk and stir into pan. Bring to the boil, stirring.*
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.*
  4. Serve with rice or pasta.*
