- 3 brown sugar
- 2 oranges, juice only
- 2 clementines, halved
- 150 brandy
- 1 small orange, sliced

- In a large saucepan bring everything but the brandy and sliced orange till steaming point and cook at that point for 20 minutes. *
- Add the brandy and orange slices, heat for another 5 minutes and remove the spice sachets and serve in heat proof glasses or mugs, with a slice of orange in each glass. *
