This Moroccan Lamb Tagine is spiced with Schwartz expertly blended Moroccan Seasoning, with added sweetness from apricots and honey.

- 1 olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 450 (1 ) lamb, diced
- 1 1/2 moroccan
- 200 (7 ) tin chopped tomatoes
- 300 (½ ) water
- 50 (2 ) dried apricots and/or sultanas
- 1 honey

- Heat the oil in the tagine base over a medium heat and fry the onion for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the lamb and cook for 4-5 minutes.*
- Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a gentle simmer.*
- Reduce the heat to low, cover with the tagine lid and cook very gently on the stove top for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until lamb is tender, stirring occasionally.*
