- 300 (1/2 ) water
- 50 (2 ) dried apricots and/or sultanas
- 25 (1 ) flaked almonds (optional)
- 1 olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 450 (1 ) lamb, diced
- 1 1/2 moroccan

- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.*
- Heat the oil and fry the onion for 3-4 minutes, until softened. Add the lamb and cook for 4-5 minutes.*
- Transfer to a casserole dish. Blend the packet contents with the water and add to the dish wth the remaining ingredients.*
- Stir thoroughly, cover and cook for 1¼ hours, or until the meat is tender.*
- Delicious served with potatoes or couscous and your favourite green vegetables.*
