- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 lamb

These delicately flavoured Lamb Koftas are great served with mango raita, pitta breads and cucumber salsa.

Instructions
- Place the minced lamb, red onion, lemon juice and Lamb Seasoning in a large bowl and blend together with your hands.*
- Form the mixture into kofta shapes around wooden skewers.*
- Cook under a pre-heated medium grill for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through, turning occasionally.*
- Serve with mango raita, pitta breads and cucumber salsa.*
