- 1 oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 100 (4 ) celery, sliced
- 100 (4 ) leeks, sliced
- 100 (4 ) smoked back bacon, chopped
- 2 garlic granules
- 2 italian herb seasoning
- 2 x 440g (15oz) tins mixed beans, drained and rinsed
- 400 (14 ) tin cherry tomatoes, or chopped tomatoes
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 100 (4 ) wholemeal breadcrumbs

- Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the vegetables, bacon and Garlic Granules until softened. Stir in the Italian Herb Seasoning, beans, tomatoes and stock cube. Heat until the stock cube has dissolved. Transfer to an ovenproof casserole dish, sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top and bake for 45 minutes.*
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.*
