- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the chicken breasts for 10-15 minutes or until cooked, turning occasionally. Stir in the pepper, spring onions and Perfect Shake Chicken Herb & Spice Blend. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- While that is cooking, mix the lemon zest, juice and honey. Drizzle over chicken and veg in pan. Heat through. Serve with fresh salad.
