Enjoy labneh, a thick, tangy Middle Eastern yoghurt, seasoned simply with crushed chilli, black pepper and garlic, then topped with some herbs and a drizzle of good olive oil. It’s a great dip for bread and veggies.

- 225 (8 ) labneh (shop bought or see recipe below)
- ½ coarse ground black pepper
- ½ chillies crushed
- ½ garlic granules
- 1 olive oil
- 1 coriander leaf
