  • 1 olive oil
  • 225 King prawns, raw
  • 175 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tomato purée
  • 200 water
  • 275 spaghetti, cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and fry prawns for 2 mins, then throw in the tomatoes. *
  2. Mix the seasoning, tomato purée and water, add to the pan and heat through for 1 min. *
  3. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and heat through. *
  4. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.*
