- 500 raw prawns
- 2 vegetable oil
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
- 1 inch of ginger, peeled and grated
- 50 green beans
- 50 tenderstem broccoli
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 2 soy sauce
- 250 egg noodles, cooked according to pack instructions

- Mix together the Schwartz Chinese 5 Spice and the plain flour in a large bowl until combined. Toss the prawns through the flour mixture to coat.*
- Place a large frying pan or wok on a high heat and add 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Once hot, fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes until the flesh turns pink the whole way through. Remove from the pan and set aside.*
- Add the remaining oil to the pan, along with the spring onions, garlic, ginger, green beans, broccoli and red pepper. Fry for 2-3 minutes, then add the soy sauce, egg noodles and prawns. Stir for a further 2 minutes until heated through.*
- Divide between four plates to serve and season with extra soy sauce if desired.*
- Tip: Substitute the beans, broccoli and red pepper for a pack of stir-fry vegetables if desired.*
