Fish Pie

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
2. Place mixed fish in an ovenproof dish, pour over sauce and top with mashed potato. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
3. Cook for 40-45 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden and crunchy.
4. Serve immediately with fine green beans and peas.
