- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix peaches and lemon juice in large bowl. Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and ginger in small bowl. Toss with fruit and pour into baking dish.
- Mix baking mix, sugar, cinnamon and ginger. Add milk and vanilla. Drop onto fruit. Sprinkle topping sugar mixture.
