  • 6 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced (about 5 cups) - Substitutes5 cups frozen peach slices, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons corn starch
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger
  • Biscuit Topping
  • 1 cup all-purpose baking mix, such as Bisquick®
  • 4 tablespoons sugar, divided
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix peaches and lemon juice in large bowl. Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and ginger in small bowl. Toss with fruit and pour into baking dish.
  2. Mix baking mix, sugar, cinnamon and ginger. Add milk and vanilla. Drop onto fruit. Sprinkle topping sugar mixture.
  3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and browned. Serve warm.
